It is a correlational study where over 100 students were surveyed in March 2025. This data was collected and processed into three graphs, which were then analyzed and compared to the thesis that increased phone usage has a negative correlation with test scores. The data collected amongst the students support the initial thesis.

Meet Logan Ochoa.

This research paper focuses on the influence of social media on the mental health of teenagers in the digital age. Given by online survey, the research paper aimed to identify a potential correlation between social media usage and depression. Through questions drawn from both a DSM-5 survey about mental health, as well as general questions about social media use, the research yielded a positive correlation between social media use and depression, indicating that more time spent on social media was associated with worse mental health.
